Privacy Policy

TechAble ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you fill out a form on this site or otherwise contact us, what we do with it, and the rights you have over it.

1. What we collect

When you submit a form on this site — including the lead-capture form on our pricing page — we collect only the information you choose to give us. That typically includes:

• Your name
• Your work email address
• Your company or organisation name
• Your role
• Information you share about your team's size, current operations, pain points, tools, and goals
• The page or CTA that you submitted from (so we know which service you were interested in)

We do not collect sensitive personal information, payment details, or government identifiers through this site.

2. How we use it

• To respond to you. We use your email and the context you provide to reply, schedule a call, and prepare relevant materials for our conversation.
• To deliver the engagement. If we work together, we use the information you've shared to scope the work and tailor the audit, build, or roadmap to your situation.
• To improve our offer. In aggregate and de-identified form, we may look at what kinds of teams reach out and what pain points come up most often, so we can sharpen our service.

We will never sell, rent, or trade your information.

3. How we store it

Form submissions are routed to our secure inbox and lead-tracking system. Access is limited to TechAble's principal and any contractor formally engaged on your project, under written confidentiality.

We retain lead information for as long as it's reasonably needed to follow up on your inquiry or maintain the working relationship, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you reopen the conversation. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see Section 6).

4. Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently set tracking cookies. We may add lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics in the future to understand which pages are useful; if we do, we'll update this page to say so.

5. Third parties

We use a small number of well-known service providers to operate the site and the lead workflow — for example, our scheduling tool (Calendly), our form/CRM service, and our email provider. These providers process your information solely on our behalf and under their own published privacy terms. We do not give your information to anyone else.

6. Your rights

You can, at any time:

• Access the information we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your record from our systems
• Withdraw consent for further communication

To exercise any of these, email carlyn@techable.io with the subject line "Privacy request" and we'll action it within a reasonable time.

7. Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and adjust the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we'll also reach out to people on our list directly.
