Do I need to complete T0 before booking a call?
No, but it helps. When you bring T0 results to the discovery call, we skip the diagnostic and go straight to depth. The call is more specific, the proposal is faster, and the T1 scope is sharper. If you haven't done the check, we can still have a useful conversation.
What exactly is in the T1 Deliverable Pack?
The T1 pack includes your full lifecycle map, documented sub-process maps for the priority areas identified in scope, SOP recommendations with clear instructions on what to write and standardise, Executor Profiles defining each role and its responsibilities, and a sprint summary with what was built and what comes next.
Can I do T1 without committing to T2?
Yes. T1 is a standalone engagement with a clear deliverable at the end. You receive the full pack and you can take it from there independently. If T2 makes sense after seeing the findings, we scope it together. There is no obligation to continue.
How is T2 scoped and priced?
T2 scope is set entirely by what the T1 findings reveal. The number of SOPs to build, the platforms to configure, the forms and templates to create. These vary significantly by business. There is no standard T2 price because it is not a standard product. The investment and timeline are agreed together once T1 is complete.
What size business is the S.O.S. Roadmap suited to?
